Well, up until today I've been failing pretty hardcore at my resolutions.... but in my defense it was Christmas week and I was spending as much time as possible with my mom and family. Today I did MUCH better.
Bhaer and I took a nice, quick walk in the first snow storm this evening, it was 9 degrees out so a bit chilly, but we had fun and he found plenty of snow to eat and snowbanks to shove his face into. I also spent a chunk of time looking for and applying to jobs, at least 40 mins so hopefully something will come of that. Cleaning up the house sure as hell didn't happen, I tried to take some pictures, but my camera is dead so I'll have to charge that up tonight. I have done very well with the reconnecting with my cousins and aunts this week, and although I only actually made dinner tonight, I have ate it every night this week. Hopefully today's success will be able to continue and I can improve on it and get more reading and writing in as well.
Tomorrow I'll take snow pictures while I'm out and about with Bhaer, hopefully it will still be this pretty!

New Year
For the new year I want to become a better person and maybe a routine will help that... I want to spend a small amount of time daily doing certain things to improve my life and that of those around me.
Assuming 8 hours of work...
-At least a 10 minute walk with Bhaer (or run...)
-10 mins spent on job searching (at least)
-apply for 2 jobs a day
-spend 5 mins cleaning up around the house
-read and/or write for 30 mins
-take a decent picture per day
-reconnect with someone at least once a week who I don't talk to often, whether it be through facebook, phone or texting
-cook dinner once a week
Besides work, that all takes up less than an hour a day, very reasonable, will start tomorrow and see how long it lasts!
